VCTSY was founded in November 2010, as one of the few Chinese companies that can manufacture downhole tools that meet the requirements of API(American Petroleum Institute) specifications.

On December, 2011, an expert panel consisting of 16 people from CNOOC arrived at VCTSY to participate in the “Training on Gas Lift and Subsurface Tools”. During the training process, both parties carried out an in-depth exchange and discussion on experiences and technical problems that had been encountered during offshore completion and oil production engineering.

In 2012, VCTSY successfully registered in CNOOC ERP system & officially became the completion tools supplier for the latter. Company has received unanimous recognition from the expert team of CNOOC.

In November, 2012, VCTSY implemented on-site audit of API 14A and API 11D1, American auditors had carried out four-day auditing on current management process and quality control system of the Company according to API specification. API auditors considered that the production activities of the Company satisfy all requirements of API Q1 system, API 14A and API 11D1, and the on-site audit was successfully completed on November 20.

On November 30, 2012, VCTSY finished review on the products to be delivered to UAE (United Arab Emirates) customers. The review group unanimously considered that this batch of products had satisfied requirements of API and customers.

In March 2013, VCTSY attended The 13th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition(CIPPE) held in Beijing.

In May 2013, VCTSY attended the 2013 OTC Exhibition in the U.S.

In Nov. 2013 , VCTSY attended ADIPEC 2013 in Abu Dhabi U.A.E.

On Sept.7, 2015, Zheng Xin, along with his delegation from Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of P.R.C visiting VCTSY.

In 2016, VCTSY Completion tools & services not only deployed by homeland Oil & Gas companies like CNOOC, CNPC, SINOPE, but also more and more foreign clients from South-East Asia, Africa, The Middle East & America.

In Jul. 2018, VCTSY attended the 2018 Nigeria Oil & Gas Exhibition (NOG 2018) held in Abuja, Nigeria.

We are specialised in the area of site services for the completion of Oil & Gas wells after casing & perforating and maintenance of our completion equipments like SCSSVs, Packers, Side-Pocket Mandrels etc.

VCTSY provides related services in the provision of well schematic design, equipment selection and preparation, on site supervision etc.
